This is just a lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Warm , cosy , comfortable and so well equipment with lovely little touches. All you could need and more with gift basket on your arrival. Brilliantly situated for walk into town, walks down the River Ness or walk to Eden Court Theatre. Private parking and electric charge points on site. Had dinner in the sister restaurant the Mustard Seed which was very very good with great service and warm welcome. We had an awesome weekend. We stayed in the Art House Apartments for four nights and coud not fault it. From the beautiful entrance hall to the decor in the apartment itself with all the little extra touches, it was an absolute delight. The whole place is absolutely immaculate. The parking facilities are excellent and it even caters for electric vehicles. The location is perfect as it is so easy to walk into town and there is an excellent choice of restaurants nearby. We would certainly not think of staying anywhere else when visiting Inverness.

After a long drive we arrived at the art house apartments set just next to the river in the centre of Inverness. The Apartment was absolutely immaculate, fresh & new.

We have stayed in many hotels & accommodation in Inverness & surrounding area & this is by far the best we have come across. Even a welcome hamper was on the table for our welcome.

I visit Inverness on a regular basis and this is by far the best place I have stayed.
The location is great with easy parking and walking distance to the centre and restaurants.
My apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped.
Immaculately clean and fitted out to a very high standard with a lot of great attention to detail.

Stayed here for only one night as part of our anniversary celebrations and wished we had booked for longer. We are in the hospitality business ourselves and can appreciate the effort that has gone into making the apartments luxurious and very very comfortable with lots of special touches. Check-in was easy, and the ‘Scottish Thistle’ apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We spoke to Christine who was fantastic when we had a problem with our credit card. We will definitely choose to stay at the Art House Apartments when we need to spend the night in Inverness again.

We stayed here for three nights and loved every bit of it. The house is centrally located. In all it has eight apartments. We stayed in an apartment called Loch Ness. It was one bedroom,one bathroom, living room, and a kitchen apartment. It was perfect for two couples and one child. There was a sofa-cum-bed in the living room but we three managed to sleep on the bed. The apartment is very cosy and has all the facilities one can ask for. There are two televisions in the apartment, the host provided enough linens and towels. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, cutlery, utensils, fridge, and a cute small dining table too. There are charging stations for the electric cars.
Check-in and check out was very smooth. The host is very responsive. I must thanks the host for providing a nice welcome kit having bread, chips, wine, and Scottish biscuits.
There is a nice Indian restaurant called Tiger on the wall just around the corner at a distance of hardly 200 metres. The station is at a walking distance of 900 meters. Bus station is at a distance of 700 meters approximately. Tesco is at a distance of 500 meters approximately.
I don’t think so that we could have find anything better than this place.
I will recommend this place to all those who wants to stay in luxury and for a cost effective price.
