We stayed in the Isle of Skye apartment which had excellent quality furnishings and comfortable bed, modern fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Very clean and in superb condition. Onsite parking for each apartment and charging facilities for electric vehicles if needed, and only a short walk to the city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend these apartments if you are going to Inverness.

A really lovely conversion of a sizeable town house into a number of self contained apartments and studios.
We stayed in the “Running Hare” studio and found it perfect as a base for two days’ rambling around Inverness. The location cannot be faulted, near the river and the centre of town. The room itself is generously apportioned, with a functional kitchen area and large separate bathroom. Large-screen TV, free WiFi and fridge round out the room, which is decorated in fine modern style.
Everything is arranged to ensure easy and secure access. There’s plenty of parking (charge points for EVs at the back of the house), and recycling and rubbish are also easy to handle.
Art House is definitely worth considering if you’re an independent traveller who enjoys comfort.

We stayed here for three nights and loved every bit of it. The house is centrally located. In all it has eight apartments. We stayed in an apartment called Loch Ness. It was one bedroom,one bathroom, living room, and a kitchen apartment. It was perfect for two couples and one child. There was a sofa-cum-bed in the living room but we three managed to sleep on the bed. The apartment is very cosy and has all the facilities one can ask for. There are two televisions in the apartment, the host provided enough linens and towels. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, cutlery, utensils, fridge, and a cute small dining table too. There are charging stations for the electric cars.
Check-in and check out was very smooth. The host is very responsive. I must thanks the host for providing a nice welcome kit having bread, chips, wine, and Scottish biscuits.
There is a nice Indian restaurant called Tiger on the wall just around the corner at a distance of hardly 200 metres. The station is at a walking distance of 900 meters. Bus station is at a distance of 700 meters approximately. Tesco is at a distance of 500 meters approximately.
I don’t think so that we could have find anything better than this place.
I will recommend this place to all those who wants to stay in luxury and for a cost effective price.

Just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the aptly named Hideaway. Part of the Art House Apartments but set in a quiet lane just off the north bank of the river Ness. The apartment is in the ideal location for exploring Inverness and the local area. Beautifully furnished, loved the décor (lots of ideas for when we get home) extremely comfortable, especially the bed! and immaculately clean. Everything you would need is provided, it’s very well equipped, cannot recommend Hideaway enough, we will definitely return. Thank you

Stayed here for only one night as part of our anniversary celebrations and wished we had booked for longer. We are in the hospitality business ourselves and can appreciate the effort that has gone into making the apartments luxurious and very very comfortable with lots of special touches. Check-in was easy, and the ‘Scottish Thistle’ apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We spoke to Christine who was fantastic when we had a problem with our credit card. We will definitely choose to stay at the Art House Apartments when we need to spend the night in Inverness again.

I visit Inverness on a regular basis and this is by far the best place I have stayed.
The location is great with easy parking and walking distance to the centre and restaurants.
My apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped.
Immaculately clean and fitted out to a very high standard with a lot of great attention to detail.
I couldn’t fault it and look forward to staying there again
