After a long drive we arrived at the art house apartments set just next to the river in the centre of Inverness. The Apartment was absolutely immaculate, fresh & new.

We have stayed in many hotels & accommodation in Inverness & surrounding area & this is by far the best we have come across. Even a welcome hamper was on the table for our welcome.

We stayed in the Art House Apartments for four nights and coud not fault it. From the beautiful entrance hall to the decor in the apartment itself with all the little extra touches, it was an absolute delight. The whole place is absolutely immaculate. The parking facilities are excellent and it even caters for electric vehicles. The location is perfect as it is so easy to walk into town and there is an excellent choice of restaurants nearby. We would certainly not think of staying anywhere else when visiting Inverness.

Had a lovely stay recently in the “But and Ben”. Absolutely stunning decor and top class facilities. The bed was so comfy too. The welcome basket really is the icing on the cake.

Would highly recommend this apartment, ticks all the boxes for ease of booking and entry, friendly and helpful host, prime location and private parking.

This is just a lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Warm , cosy , comfortable and so well equipment with lovely little touches. All you could need and more with gift basket on your arrival. Brilliantly situated for walk into town, walks down the River Ness or walk to Eden Court Theatre. Private parking and electric charge points on site. Had dinner in the sister restaurant the Mustard Seed which was very very good with great service and warm welcome. We had an awesome weekend. Awesome apartment. Location was perfect but mainly, the quality and touches in the apartment set it above any other place we have stayed in this year. Excellent value and the service was spot on all the way. Will 100% stay here every time I visit Inverness.

This was a beautiful property with helpful staff and a great WIFI connection. There was a gift basket that awaited me upon arrival. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and all you need within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Inverness.
